Jan Juc is in the heart of the Surf Coast with both Bells Beach and the Great Ocean Road a short driveaway. There is a lot to be said for a beachside lifestyle and a stay at Coastal Domain Guest Houses could well persuade you to consider a seachange.
The two guest houses sit alongside one another and both span two levels, each sleeping up to six guests in three bedrooms. The main bedroom is on the lower level with its own ensuite and walk-in robes, while two additional bedrooms are upstairs, along with a separate living area. The fact these guesthouses sit side-byside creates the ideal setting for twofamilies who wish to holiday together but still enjoy their own space. With luxurious appointments and finishes throughout, it is not surprising to learn the owner has a building background. The sunken living room area forms the hub of both homes, while the open-plan kitchen area, with a breakfast bar and dining table, allows for dining options. That’s before you head outside to the deck with its outdoor setting and barbecue.
Even if the beach is not your thing, these immaculately presented properties are perfect for anyone keen to settle in and relax, or perhaps take advantage of the great local cafes and restaurants, wineries, coastal walks and golf courses.
