The four-course breakfast at Bellevue begins with a selection of teas and toast with homemade jams, a choice of cereals, poached fruits and yogurt and then perhaps a baked apricot crepe with passionfruit sauce – all this before the main cooked course is served. And each day the selection changes, so the surprises never cease. Of course, a brilliant night's rest is just as important and the two guest rooms offer everycomfort. Whether you travel as a couple or bring another couple to share the indulgence, the purpose-built design gives guests their own lounge, dining and sunny garden terrace to relax on after a day exploring the riches of the McLaren Vale region.
It is also admirable that Bellevue is a multi-award-winning property – not just for its generous hospitality including the breakfast indulgence) but also for its commitment to being clean, green and solar powered.
