This is a two-storey, three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with two separate living areas, a ground-floor patio and upstairs verandah with Clarence River views, a big kitchen and a courtyard barbecue area out the back. Taken as a whole house, it would leave space to spare for a big family seeking a quiet holiday refuge or a party of seniors on a tear away from the grandkids. There is also the option just to take the ground floor with use of lounge, kitchen, bathroom and king bedroom. The interior is modern and thoroughly practical, making it ideal for those who don’t want too much trendy fuss and feathers.
