The accommodation options at Adina range from totally contemporary (three stunning lodges, each with three bedrooms) to the original estate manager’s house, which has been completely renovated and sleeps up to six. The Lodges are avant-garde in design and each bedroom has its own ensuite. Floor-to-ceiling picture windows and decks give breathtaking vistas across the vines and olive trees. Adina House could be a provincial Italian farmhouse, with its refectory dining table and gourmet kitchen.
You can peer into every facet of winemaking and olive growing here, with experts providing information and sips of freshly milled olive oil and the estates award-winning wines.
