When owner Gregg Currie selects staff the job description does not include “only experienced candidates need apply”. He is only interested in warm-hearted people who will genuinely enjoy caring for guests. Skills can be taught; character can't.
And nothing could be more heavenly than real hospitality in a chic, contemporary setting. They will even care for your children at Jak's Corner kids club so that you and your beloved can slip off to the day spa for body replenishing treatments. The chic dining room, warmly decorated in rich reds and chocolates, is just the place to  relish chef Matt Hilford's imaginative but unpretentious cuisine.
