The secluded bush setting of Grass Trees Escape makes it perfect for memorable beach and bush holidays with your loved ones. As the name suggests, this scenic retreat is set amid great grass trees that gently sway in the breeze. It borders the remarkable Hat Head National Park, making Grass Trees a magnet for wildlife such as the kangaroos that quietly forage among the kurrajong trees.
Grass Trees offers two options: the grand Grass Trees House, which sleeps six in ample space; and the charming two-bedroom Tallow Wood Pavilion, which is ideal for smaller families or a couple. But why not make a party of it and take both for a private reunion with family and friends' We love the large outdoor entertaining decks complete with barbecue for alfresco dining.
Just beyond the towering eucalypts lie the sunny beaches of Trial Bay, where you can  explore the local marine life in sparkling rock pools as you beach fossick towards the Smoky Bay Lighthouse. The spectacular Fish Rock is one of Australia's most popular spots for diving.
