There are gorgeous lounges, open fires and a resort-style freeform pool in a tranquil bush setting with its own soothing rock waterfall.
Judsons is nestled into a valley on 110 acres of beautiful natural bushland, which is your own private backyard for the duration of your stay. Inside the light-filled cottages, the comforts include sumptuous spa baths and large, welcoming fireplaces. It makes an ideal getaway for a couple on the run or a small party (host Di Judson can cater for up to 50 people).
Di's culinary skills are renowned in the valley and dinner at Judsons is legendary (how  about poached prawns with chilli and shallots or her char-grilled Scotch fillet topped with Portobello mushrooms'). And breakfast is simply lavish. Nearby are national parklands and the famed vineyards of the Hunter Valley. But, really, why bother leaving paradise'
