As its quirky name suggest, The Tin Dog offers a unique B&B experience in the gorgeous Byron hinterland. A fusion of original 1900s farmhouse and contemporary additions give the guesthouse a wonderfully eclectic mix, with stylish furnishing, spacious rooms and high ceilings. The expansive use of glass allows guests to enjoy the tropical rainforest setting – the grounds are stunning, with huge heliconicas, shady palms, and a creek which flows peacefully beyond the beautiful pool.
Sue and Mark offer a haven where uncompromising but uncomplicated service provides the perfect escape for guests. Leisurely breakfasts, served on the wide verandahs are a speciality, with fresh juices, an abundance of local fruits and accompanied by innovative breakfasts such as caramelised tomatoes with potato and fetta cakes - can you think of a better way to start your day'
The Byron hinterland is dotted with fascinating villages like Federal, many of which are  close to Bangalow, Byron Bay and Mullumbimby and offer engaging opportunities for browsing unique shops and dining.

Facilities: Four rooms: two Garden ensuite rooms with verandahs; King ensuite room (spa bath); Cedar ensuite room (claw-foot bath). Guest lounge/dining and reading room (TV), both with fireplace. Pool, summerhouse, BBQ. Full breakfast served.
