Built in 1909 as a summer home for the Norman family, who owned a pearling business in Broome (hence ‘Broomelea'), this grand Edwardian residence has been lovingly tended through its long history. Rich period features such as pressed-metal ceilings and open fireplaces have been retained and the garden is simply gorgeous.
There are four superbly appointed rooms: two with magnificent garden views, one with a luxurious spa bath and the truly elegant conservatory suite. A new addition is the delightful Coach House – a self-contained cottage for those who need absolute privacy. After a long relaxing soak in the spa bath, snuggle up together to relax in front of the roaring open fire. Breakfast is a feast of fresh-baked bread and only the finest ingredients.
With its luxurious Edwardian pedigree, Broomelea makes a romantic escape, although it  is in the heart of Leura's tranquil heritage precinct. Nearby are cafes, fine restaurants and stunning Blue Mountains walks.
