The Louise and its co-located restaurant Appellation offer a superlative Australian regional dining and luxury retreat experience. This is true destination dining, headlined by Appellation, which has bagged multiple gourmand awards for its cuisine and impressive wine list.Appellation’s relaxed epicurean delights may bring you here but the wonderful transformation of The Louise over recent years will make you stay. It is now a contemporary country lodge that is equal to many of the world’s finest. The 15 luxury suites each present rich, warm interiors that are designed to cosset. Rain showers and spa tubs, private courtyards and sun terraces with vineyard views conspire with comfortable lounges (some with gas fire) to offer sublime privacy.
Also available nearby is The Atrium, a selfcontained residence set on 42 acres with vineyard views. It is ideal for a group of up to six with the option of private dining crafted by Appellation’s chefs.
