The Great Ocean Road is not just about the ocean, it’s also about the Otway Ranges that cascade down to the water’s edge. Verdant green hills fall dramatically away and a cottage perched facing the sea gets a front row seat. So it is with Johanna Seaside Cottages, which combine the best in country scenery with Johanna Beach access.Each of the gorgeous cottages deftly combines country and contemporary style and the marvel here is they welcome dogs as well. Fresh flowers, crisp bed linen and floods of natural light add to the cottages’ charm. With seven cottages from which to choose, couples, families and groups are all well catered for.
We love the fact that each cottage has a secluded place on the 250-hectare property, so privacy is assured. All connect by walking tracks to the beach and guests are encouraged to wander down to the potager garden and help themselves to vegies, fruits and freshly-laid eggs. There is even an indoor heated pool for year- round enjoyment and miles of walking tracks on the property itself.

Seven cottages for 2-10 guests: one, two or three bedrooms, and one farmhouse, each with full kitchen, lounge/dining (gas or log fire, TV, VCR, CD), bathroom (most with spa); BBQ, most with RC AC. Laundry facilities, BBQ. Indoor pool. Self-catering; all meals available by prior arrangement.

Joy -just thought I would put some positive feedback in regards to staying at your property. Although I have only stayed twice at 2 different houses-both my and my partner's and also my dogs time there has been fantastic.Your accomadation is absolutely first class-outlay/homes are very well designed and the manner in which you run your establishment is to be greatly apreciated and sought for by anyone who may come across youir residence.Sceneary and things to do around the region are endless but should you wish to relax and get well away from the hustle and bustle-one could not find a better location.Being a bit of a fisherman at heart the fishing options are endless-saltewater salmon/ shark or bream not far away or wander into the numerous freshwater strems in search of the abundant freshwater trout-athough abundant it does help to have some insight as to how to catch and then maybe release them for another angler to enjoy the excitment of the catch and release.Great accomadation,great scenerary-=great holiday location.Looking forward to my next visit which shall be in the very near future once I can manage the time from my business.
