The immaculately landscaped gardens have been designed to ensure year-round colour and fragrance. Local granite adds definition to the outdoor spaces, in rock walls, lavender-fringed pathways and garden edges.
A highlight of any stay is dining in The Vineyard Cafe, located in a former church with colourful stained glass windows. Chef Janine makes the most of fresh local produce and the menu changes to suit the availability of the best seasonal treats.
